At Denku Drops, we strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within one (1) hour of purchase.
After this period, orders may enter production and can no longer be cancelled.
Personalized, customized, and Final Sale products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Returns for Standard Products
We accept returns of eligible non-personalized products within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

The item must be returned in its original condition.

Proof of purchase must be provided.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products.
Final Sale Products
The following products are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or cancellation once production has begun:

Examples include products containing:

Event-specific customization
All Sales Are Final for these products.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.
Please include:

Clear photographs showing the problem
If the issue is verified, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Financial institutions may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact us first and provide an opportunity to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider.
