Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, high-volume periods, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Denku Drops is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier and local authorities if package theft is suspected.

Undeliverable Packages

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, refusal of delivery, or failure to receive delivery may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.
